Dennis Fish joined the U.S. Mint in June 2022 as the Chief Equity and Inclusion Officer. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives at the Mint.

Prior to joining the Mint, Dennis spent eight years as the Associate Director for Program Operations of the Civil Rights Center at the U.S. Department of Labor. He began his federal career at the U.S. Department of Labor as an investigator in the Employee Benefits Security Administration’s Office of Enforcement. He then worked as a Senior Benefits Advisor before becoming Senior Technical Advisor in the Employee Benefits Security Administration’s Office of Education and Assistance.

Dennis received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and his Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He lives in Arlington, Virginia.
